621 Bloomfield Avenue

SELLER IS OFFERING $5K TOWARD BUYERS CLOSING COSTS / 1 YEAR HOME WARRANTY. I am the best-kept secret in Nutley. Yes, I have been on the market for a little while, but people just don't understand what I can offer them. I was built in 1986 by my current owner, and we have been through a lot together: holidays, gatherings, graduations, and more. I still have the warmth and charm I had when I was built. I could use a little refresh, but I am solid, with large rooms and a great room that no new home could touch. Let's talk about that. I was built in 1986, while most homes my size in this area of Spring Garden were built in 1906! So, I am still a youngster. I am a diamond just waiting to be polished. You can make me your home. Oh! I forgot to mention the unfinished basement with 10 ft ceilings adds an additional 1500 Sq Ft, Come see me you won't be disappointed!
